Hello, my name is Rachel and I create lovely simple ceramics with an emphasis on clarity of form.

Organic in inspiration, and pleasingly tactile, with a handmade quality that makes each piece truly unique.

I build by hand or press mould in small batches, using earthenware and stoneware clay, and a muted palette of glazes.

All my work is made in my studio by the sea in Hove.

​

I have always been drawn to lovely ceramics and I make pieces that I use myself at home. Bowls, platters, mainly table and serving ware - special tactile pieces to use every day and make life that little bit more special.
